Operation Shrink School Tour 2026

Alongside Ella's freelance endeavors, she is currently in the process of booking and planning her upcoming tour of her solo show, Operation Shrink, around secondary schools across Hertfordshire and Essex in the Autumn of this year. Theatre and Social Change Open Talks

Ella worked as Assistant Producer on the Rose Bruford Theatre and Social Change Open Talk Series of 2024. Ella was invited onto this job after having taken part in the series as a student in 2022.

Oily Cart Audience Development

Most recently, Ella has been assisting with the Audience Development of Oily Cart's new accessible at-home sensory show, InSideWays as a freelancer. This has involved contacting and confirming bookings for the 2026 tour.

Work Placements

Throughout her time at Rose Bruford, Ella was very fortunate to carry out several producing placements where she was able to shadow and work alongside current producers and theatre professionals to develop her skills. Ella has worked with theatre companies; Tangled Feet (February-March 2023 and April-May 2024), Oily Cart (April-June 2023), and The PappyShow (November 2023 - May 2024).
