Ella McGran
Facilitation
Ella's work as a freelance facilitator spans across numerous theatre organisations and charities, leading and assisting on both short-term and long-term projects for young people. Though the topic of exploration may vary, Ella leads with a focus on play, imagination, team-work, and discovery.

Future
As Ella continues to develop and adapt her solo show Operation Shrink for younger audiences, she hopes to establish a series of workshops to run alongside her performances to discuss topics of disordered eating and mental illness.

In addition, Ella has some exciting facilitation projects upcoming in 2026 and hopes to continuing brightening the learning experiences for young people in and around London and Hertfordshire.
Experience
Ella's love for facilitation stems from her practical studies at Rose Bruford College and her mentorship under her third year placement hosts; Tangled Feet and The PappyShow, where she developed her belief in play-based learning and storytelling. Since graduating Ella has continued to work with Tangled Feet, as well as organisations such as Go Live Theatre and Half Moon Theatre.
